Kids Town

NURSERY
​Ages 2 months - Preschool
​At Lakewood we provide a safe and clean environment for little ones at the church. We want to make sure families feel comfortable dropping their children off so that they can get the most out of our worship services and classes. The Nursery has a great team of leaders ready to assist you in learning how we care for infants and toddlers in our church. They are a dedicated group that is more of a family than a team.

CHILDREN
​Ages Kindergarten - 5th grade

​At Lakewood we are passionate about connecting kids to a life in Christ. Our mission is to lead children to a life in Christ through meaningful biblical teaching, authentic worship, and authentic community. The Bible should never be boring. We create fun, age-appropriate environments and activities that apply the Biblical truths that are shared each week. When kids are having fun at church they can't wait to come back next week! KID'S TOWN, our children's ministry, takes place 3 times each week. On Sunday mornings for Sunday School and Children's Worship Service, then Sunday night for games and fellowship, and also on Wednesday nights for worship and missions activities. We strive to make kids' time with us to be the best hour of their week!

K-5th Sunday School meets every sunday morning at 9:30 in room c2

KidsTown will meet the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Sundays of each month to be dismissed from the Sanctuary after P&W. Children will join their families for worship service on the 4th & 5th Sundays of the month.

Lakewood's
STUDENT MINISTRY
Grades 6th - 12th

Lakewood's Student Ministry is a community of students coming together to become and create Disciples of Christ. Through Spirit led worship and biblically based teachings, we seek to encourage the next generation to rise up and turn this world upside down. Our student ministry is focused on Authentic Worship, Authentic Community, and Authentic Community Service. Our leaders live a life above reproach and focus on being the best possible examples to the upcoming generation - in our daily actions, in our walk with Christ, and in how we love others. We are transparent, honest and supportive. We dedicate our time and efforts to seeing Christ change the generation after us!
